Purpose: for the committee members to review the draft Annual Financial Report prepared by ACEF accountant Stephen Liu

 

Background

The board discussed the AFR for the operational period till 30 June.

 

Resolution:

The Board accepted the current report and asked the following amendments to be made:

1. It is to be notedthatthe “undistributed donation of $2,190 is additional 2 years donation received for Child No D023, D024 & D025”.
2. The total transfer sum to China had $20 included which was initially allowed for administration for foreign exchange. This was waived in the end. So the total amount transferred to China was fund of $365 for 133 kids, plus the $20.
3. The IT expenses for domain registration andcreation of email addresses are to be account for as in-kind contribution from Ian’s company. This is to be listed as a separate ledger from website construction.

 

The Board will review the final report via email circulation to board members. once these amendments be made and reviewed, the Board considers the final financial report approved.
